Our second annual Face The Fiction King of Games Event!

Last year you joined us at New Moon Comics for board games, card games, and a whole lot of fun as we screened Haunted
Hayride. This year, come on back for more games, more excitement, and even more fun!
This month we return to Fun & Games with King of Games Day. The SFSNNJ will have a day of gaming, food and fun. Gaming,
movies, mayhem and more.
Please bring a favorite movie for viewer's choice. Movies will be shown throughout the day as viewer’s choice on the big screen!
In addition to movies, for your entertainment, and because a Games Day without Games would be strange, check out demo
tables for the following games:
Roleplaying:
Rogue Trader: Manifest Destiny
Join the crew of the Marioc's Pride as they try to salvage a derelict battleship. The real question is, can you make a profit or is
this venture a quick path to the grave? This game will have RP slots available for 3-6 players, and will be run by Rogue Trader
veteran Todd Ehrenfels. Given the creepy atmosphere of this game, expect it to be later in the day.
Wargaming:
Warhammer 40,000 Kill Teams
Back by very popular demand, we have a session of Warhammer 40000 Kill Teams returning to the tables for King of Games
Day. This time, it is a King of the Hill game with players teaming up to reign supreme on the battlefield. The following Teams
will be available for play:
Red Team: Chaos Space Marines & Orks
Blue Team: Grey Knights & Imperial Guard
Green Team: Tau Empire & Eldar Harlequins
Black Team: Necrons & Dark Eldar
Todd Ehrenfels will referee the Game and may even get to play!
Board Games:
Space Hulk
Games Workshop's classic game of fighting aliens in dark corridors returns with updated miniatures and easy to learn rules. The
board and scenario will be set up and a tutorial will be run to acquaint folks with the game. Once you start, you will play all
day.
Risk
The classic game of world conquest is always a crowd pleaser. Conquer the world while you watch a movie, or just name
yourself King of Australia (it worked for Lex Luthor).
Monopoly
Parker Brothers classic game of real estate finds its way out again.
Ingenious
Fantasy Flight Games brings us a game for the mentally agile, the cerebrally fit, and the just plain smart. Are you smart enough
to win?
Card Games:
Fluxx: Monty Python Edition
From the demented minds of game designers comes a game with rules that change as you go. Just beware of the Knight
Who Say Ni!
Chaos Isle
Ever wonder what it would be like to try to survive the Zombie Apocalypse? Well, now you can try. This fun card game can be
played cooperatively or competitively, either way you are bound to have a good time!
Keep in mind that this is only a taste of what will be available!
Join us to see all the other great games that are in store.
Please feel free to bring along a snack or some beverages. Light refreshments will be available.
There is ample parking in the rear of the building.
